I've been meaning to talk beauty on this blog for too long and so with me being sick, I thought it was a nice substitute for an outfit post. These products have seen me through Winter and are perfect for the transition into Spring.
For skin care, the Clinique 'Moisture Surge Intense' has kept my incredibly dry skin, hydrated for the last month and I've really enjoyed it so far. Every now and again if my skin isn't looking a little lifeless, I like to apply the Origins 'Drink Up Intensive" mask on overnight for some extra hydration.
As for the eyes, I've been loving my new Mac paint pot in 'Constructivist' for a one-colour-smokey-eye look. It's such a rich, dark bronze-brown shade that can be applied sheer for the day or built up for a night time look. Along with this, I've been using the Maybelline gel eyeliner in 'Blackest Black' to outline my eye with the typical cat eye, but also to smudge into the lash line for a strong smokey eye.
Of course, to before all of this I use my Shu Uemura eyelash curlers, which I swear by!
I have also been loving my Too Faced 'Milk Chocolate Soleil' bronzer to give my pale Winter skin some much needed colour, without looking unnatural. I'll probably will buy the darker shade of this for Summer, since it's so nice and smells like chocolate! To finish, I also add a bit of Benefit 'Watt's Up' highlighter along the high points of my face to give myself a healthy glow.
