I’m not the type for self-help books, astrology or psychic readings but I do kind of believe in the law of attraction – to some degree atleast. It’s like if you want something bad enough it will eventually find it’s way to you, or you’ll find a way to make it happen. And I’ve been wanting so much for so long. 2016 is going to be the year I finally put plans into motion, not waste time on other people’s “you shouldn’t do”‘s and get on with what I’ve always envisioned. There are going to be so many times in life where you are told to “stick at it” a bit longer or “it will look good if you…” but who really has time in their one and only life to wait just because it’s the normal thing to do. I think society expectations are an engrained way of equalling everyone, by making it okay for people to talk down those that don’t follow everyone else’s path. It’s the ones that choose the road less travelled that will ultimately be rewarded. K, ramble over.
