What’s your ultimate pamper product? For me it’s a face mask. It’s one product that makes me feel a million bucks without having to leave the house. I think mentally setting aside time to use one sets you up for a good day/night no matter what mood you’re in.
These four masks are without a doubt the top ones I reach for whenever I get the chance. They’re good for different reasons and very affordable. So if you’re in the treat yo’self mood, grab one of the ones below. I’ve tested them for you so you know they work!
L’oreal Pure Clay Mask
This mask you can get from pretty much any pharmacy and is one of my favourites. I actually like combining this with a gentle chemical peel to really get deep into my pores. It’s great if you have some unnecessary oil & black heads to get rid of. Usually I’ll reach for this when I’ve been lazy at washing my face and need to get back into caring for my skin. I also love the Dermalogica Charcoal Rescue Masque which is similar but is quite a lot more expensive.
Kiehl’s Cilantro & Orange Extract Masque
A bit of a mouthful title but this masque packs a punch. I have pretty dry skin regularly and it’s made worse from travelling (which I do often). If my face is looking a little lack lustre I reach for this because it’s great at moisturising. It’s supposed to also help for changing climates, especially if you’re in a more polluted climate. I seriously needed this in Korea!
Dr.Jart Deep Smoothing Hydra Solution
+ Clearing Solution Sheet Mask
I picked these up in South Korea for a dollar each and they’re a HOLY GRAIL mask. I honestly regret not bringing home a stack load of them because they’re my favourite sheet masks hands down. These masks I use before I go to bed and when I wake up I notice such a difference in my skin. Although, the clearing solution mask definitely brings up everything in my skin. I have to remind myself it’s for the better. If you get the chance, definitely try these out!
Sukin Anti-Pollution Facial Masque
My last face masque to mention is from Sukin, one of my favourite natural skin care brands. This is another clay masque but this one is much less drying on the skin when you just want a little treat. Honestly, I’ve loved every product I’ve tried from Sukin so if you’re in the market for something a little more natural – this brand’s what you need.
