If there’s one thing I’ve missed like crazy over winter it’s my summer tan. This year was my first winter in 3 years (yes, you heard me) and my skin didn’t enjoy it. I actually forgot how ridiculously pale my skin goes. Now that springs in the air and it’s getting warmer I’m taking full advantage of my bronzer. This is my ode to summer. I thought it would be fun to take you through my go-to, fail-safe peachy spring make up. If you’re a beginner with make up this ones for you. It literally takes me 10 minutes in the morning to achieve.
How To Achieve This Look
I’m going to give you a quick run-down because I don’t want to over complicate things. Basically I start by mixing my base which is Laura Mercier Silk Creme foundation with a bit of Bobbi Brown Extra Moisture Balm for a dewy base. I add a little NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer on any spots are darkness under my eyes to give a more flawless finish (or at least fake one). I’ll then add a little colour to my brows using the Hourglass Arch Brow Pencil. Next I create this orangey-golden hue on my eyelids by placing Up At Dawn by MAC in my crease and Amber Lights by MAC all over my lid – super messy, no need to spend much time here. I finish up this look by putting a bit of Peaches by MAC on my cheeks, along with a healthy dosage of Too Faced Milk Chocolate Bronzer and add Peach Blossom by MAC on my lips. Voila, that’s it!
