In lead up to my big European adventure I had started reading heaps of travel blogs to figure out exactly where I’d want to go. All that info quickly went out the window. With thousands of recommendations thrown at me left right in centre, I decided to wing it. What did stick though was “the little unplanned stops along the way can be the most enjoyable.” This brings me to Cologne, Germany. I’d ended up in Berlin and didn’t know where to go to kill some days before leaving for Lowlands Festival in The Netherlands. Cologne turned out the be the cheapest.
A highlight was definitely just enjoying one of the many parks with a picnic, watching other groups scattered everywhere cook dinner on the lawns – very cool.
This is pretty much my go to travelling outfit. You can’t go wrong with a good white singlet and vintage shorts because they go with everything. Best items I’ve packed yet – that and plasters!!
Wearing: Zara top (similar here) and bag (similar here), Vintage shorts and Adidas sneakers.
