Slave For You

I felt like I came straight from Clueless in this outfit, but what better way to celebrate the start of summer than with a sickly sweet outfit? This crop top also comes in a cute red gingham print that I also have my eye on. Now I just have to justify buying the same thing in two colours…

My friend and I went for a walk around Auckland looking for a spot to shoot this and I’d completely forgotten how many gorgeous villas there were. We settled for this unruly garden/white picket fence combo which totally reminded me of home. I love how no matter how far away from home I am I can always find comfort in familiar things, such as Whittaker’s chocolate in South Korea, or their New Zealand imported kiwifruit. I think this last year has really taught me that my home is with my favourite people, not a particular place.
