The Valero Jacket

There’s a time in every girl’s life where you know you truely mean business – when you buy your first blazer.

I don’t think one piece screams #girlboss more than a good blazer and the Valero Jacket by Reformation was the perfect piece to welcome me into self-employment. I bought this linen beauty a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been wearing it non-stop since. I love the Grandad/oatmeal shade because it matches perfectly with blue denim shorts or dress pants depending on your mood. Plus, it’s Autumn here now in Sydney so a light jacket is a must when you leave the house – that ocean breeze can be a killer.

How awesome is this background by the way? Sydney has the most insane houses to shoot outside of and this blogger isn’t complaining. I kind of feel like I’m in Italy the way the houses and plants are arranged. I can’t get over how much I love this city already and I’m only getting started. I’m looking forward to exploring all the different areas and for once, I don’t feel like moving – that’s a big thing for me.
