When you find a skirt you love, buy it in every colour. That’s what I’m apparently doing anyway. If you have no idea what I’m talking about you have to check out my previous Realisation Par post featuring the infamous Naomi skirt in Leopard. When they came out with this floral version I couldn’t pass it up. I have worn this for both big parties, and easily for a day shopping. I think the fact that it’s a bit longer and silk makes it look more sophisticated – even when you’ve chucked it on, running out the door.
Amazingly, this will be my last outfit post for the year. Who can believe the year is almost over? I fly out to Melbourne tomorrow to spend the next week and a bit with family and I can’t wait. I’ve been scheduling posts like crazy so you have lots to read and I get to have a break. The best Christmas present to myself this year will be an online/social media detox. While I love it, working online pretty much 24/7 can get really overwhelming. To say I’m emotionally, physically and psychologically spent would be pretty accurate right about now. But, I’m so excited to have a break and come back better than ever.
Don’t worry though, you haven’t heard the last from me this year. I’m coming back before the New Year and I have a big exciting post in store for you all. Think Highs and Lows on crack. I’ve been going through quite a lot personally recently so it will be good to clear the air before I go back through it all. I’m kind of excited to get nostalgic because I know I’ve forgotten a heap of things that have happened in 2018. Anyway, I hope you’re all having a great week and I will see you back here very soon!
